Looks like you’ll have the chance to enjoy some more fun from the Crawfish Music Festival for a second weekend after all.
Due to a cancellation on the fair’s end, the midway rides will stick around this weekend, starting tonight. There won’t be any music entertainment, but there will be no gate admission. Coast Coliseum Executive Director Matt McDonnel said, “And we felt that with the demand that was there last weekend, along with the last day, the weather being very iffy, that it made sense for us to open back up this week. There will be no gate charge. When you come on the grounds, it won’t cost you anything to get in other than the parking fee.”
Thursday is 5 to 10 p.m. and two dollar rides. Friday is 5 to 10 p.m. with $20 unlimited ride wristbands. Saturday, the fair is open from 1 to 10 p.m. with $25 wristbands. The last day, Sunday, will have $20 wristbands from 1 to 8 p.m.
