Term limits, Obamacare and balancing the budget … Just a few topics discussed by state Senator Chris McDaniel in South Mississippi Wednesday.
McDaniel was the guest speaker at D’Iberville Business Club Meeting at the Scarlet Pearl Casino.
He’s recently been in the headlines after announcing his bid to run for the seat vacated by US Senator Thad Cochran.
While at the meeting, McDaniel spoke with News 25 about the complaint filed with the federal election commission against the remember Mississippi Super Pac and McDaniel’s Campaign Fund… As well as the IRS complaint McDaniel’s camp filed against the campaign legal center, backed by George Soros.
“George Soros naturally doesn’t like conservatives. He certainly doesn’t like people fighting back against the system. Whenever somebody stands up and pushes back against the establishment, as we’ve seen with Donald Trump, they are always going to be attacked or smeared. And that’s okay, we’re tough. We can handle it. So, the complaint is bogus and we are going to fight them every step of the way.”
