05/05 Ryan’s “Cinco de Mayo” Friday Forecast

0

Hope everyone enjoyed their Cinco de Mayo festivities responsible today, and be assured your headache will go away soon as long as you drink plenty of water. The weather certainly won’t be giving anyone headaches for several days after strong high pressure continues to move into the area after yesterday’s front. Tonight will remain cool & clear, with a low near 50 on the water and in the mid-40s inland. Fog is not expected because the air is much too dry. Tomorrow will be similar to today in many respects, but we’ll begin seeing gradual increases to our temperature, so the afternoon high will rise to around 79.

Expect this trend to continue all week long with slowly rising temperatures and eventually increasing humidity as well. By Wednesday of next week, I expect to see temperatures in the mid 80s as normal humidity values return and begin to increase rapidly as a front closes in next Friday. This front looks week now so little rain is expected, but it will bring another round of cooler & drier air to the coast.
