Coast Seafood and Brew launch party at the Beau Rivage


It’s fresh. It’s local and now, it’s all yours.
The Beau Rivage hosted a launch party for the new Coast Seafood and Brew restaurant this evening. The event allowed people the opportunity to sample gulf-fresh seafood and regional craft beers and spirits.
Those who attended also learned about the history of seafood on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and experienced a hands-on oyster shucking demo. Executive Chef Kristian Wade said, “The dock-to-table theme in this restaurant where we’re trying to do everything local and fresh. There are some things, we’re bringing in some of the other oysters from around the world, but we’re using as much local sustainable seafood products as possible.”
Blackwater Brass Band provided live music throughout the event. There was also plenty of giveaways and even a little bit of photo booth fun.
