Early Morning Fire


No one was home during an early morning fire of a single family house in Gulfport this morning.

Neighbors tell News 25 no one was living in the home off Brittany Court.
It took close to 10 units and twenty firefighters to battle the intense flames.
A 911 call first came in around 4:40.
When units arrived they noticed heavy smoke and fire coming from the roof.
It took 15-20 minutes to extinguish the flames.
Luckily, no injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
