In the wake of a cold front, skies cleared overnight with just a few thin upper-level clouds moving across the region. This will continue for much of today as the upper-level winds will continue to bring moisture flow to the area. Veterans Day and the weekend will bring sunny skies as high-pressure will dominate the region. By late Saturday, a weak/dry front will slip into the lower Mississippi valley and begin to slow. This will increase clouds for Sunday and into Monday with just the slight possibility for a few showers.
