Scrapin’ The Coast Back In Town

Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines.
Car lovers camped out early this morning to register for the 14th annual Scrapin’ the Coast. Last minute polishes took over the Coast Coliseum as drive thru judging kicked off at 8 a.m.
Car owners flock from all over the country and even Canada to visit the weekend long event. Officials expect close to 3,000 vehicles to join the self-proclaimed “wildest show on the Coast.”
Derrick Torrence is visiting from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He said, “We coming to hang out with Greg and Eric and them at Scrapin’ the Coast 2016. Come out here to have a great time in Biloxi, try to meet new friends, new people and work the business you know.”
Torrence has participated in Scrapin’ the Coast for six years. He tells News 25 he has seen the event grow larger and larger each year.
