“Our Love Affair with Baseball” Exhibit Opens at Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art

The “Our Love Affair with Baseball” exhibit in Biloxi is finally open for visitors to check out.
The new showcase at the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art in Biloxi features milestones of Coast baseball history from when the Major Leagues use to train here all the way up to when the Biloxi Shuckers took over MGM Park.
News 25 caught up with museum volunteer Effie Clark who was taking a glance at the new exhibit for the first time. Clark tells us what’s inside is a home run. “Historical rings and some of the people locally that have been involved in baseball from a historical perspective, the uniforms, the material that is used, the balls, the gloves, all of that. Very interesting!”
There will be guest speakers every Friday at the museum celebrating the Coast’s love affair with America’s pastime.
