As the heat has risen, so has the use of air conditioners in south Mississippi. The increased energy use can lead to increased power bills. Some relief is now available for our elderly neighbors and those who cannot pay their power bill thanks to Singing River Electric members participating in N.H.N.E.A., an emergency utility assistance program.
