Heavy Rainfall Possible This Weekend
The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (M.E.M.A) wants to remind Mississippians to be prepared for heavy rainfall with the potential for flash flooding on Saturday into Sunday.

Tuesday- Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies as you head out the door Tuesday morning.
Wednesday Night Forecast
Expect moderate temperatures in the mid 60's along the coast with slightly cooler temperatures in the low 60's further inland.
Hurricane Hunter to Visit McCaughan Elementary
Hurricane Hunter Lt. Col. Jeffery Ragusa will be at Harper McCaughan Elementary from 9 a.m. - 10-10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 7th visiting Barbara Balyeat's fourth grade classroom.
Sunday update: fifteen counties reporting storm damage, two deaths, several injuries
Reports range from major damage to homes, to trees and power lines down. There are two deaths.
Warm Temperatures Tomorrow, Followed by Cold Air
Warm temperatures are expected tomorrow, along with rain, but much colder temperatures will be right behind that warmer air.
Cold and Rainy Weather Expected for the Weekend
While the temperature may claim into the lower 70s by Saturday, the cold air will be right behind it.
Rain Chances Return for the Weekend
Both the rain chances and the cooler temperatures return for the weekend.
The G-R-E-A-T weather pattern continues
A mostly sunny sky is expected with a calm wind and an afternoon high temperature in the low 80's. Temps will actually feel warmer and the humidity levels should slowly increase over the next few days.
Uncertainty with Approaching Storm This Weekend
Fair weather will exist Thursday and somewhat Friday with warmer than average temperatures in the mid and upper 80's.
Scattered showers will continue for Wednesday
Showers and thunderstorms will continue across Southern Mississippi today.
