Recap: Oklahoma City vs. Sacramento

Oklahoma City, OK (SportsNetwork.com) - Kevin Durant scored 29 points in 29 minutes and the Oklahoma City Thunder led by as many as 32 in a wire-to-wire 94-81 win over the Sacramento Kings on Friday.

Durant scored at least 26 points for the 37th straight game and the Thunder bounced back from Tuesday's overtime loss to Dallas to win for the fifth time in six games.

They have beaten the Kings nine straight times overall, 11 in a row at home and in 18 of the last 20 meetings.

Russell Westbrook added 18 points in 24 minutes and Jeremy Lamb scored 13 off the bench for Oklahoma City.

Ben McLemore scored 18 to lead the Kings, who have lost eight of their last 11. Travis Outlaw added 17 points, Ray McCallum scored 13 and Jason Thompson had 10 points and 14 rebounds in the loss.

The Kings haven't won a road game against the Thunder franchise since beating the SuperSonics in Seattle on March 30, 2008.

"Very disappointed with how we played the first and third quarters tonight. We're under manned, we don't have a lot of bodies so the guys who are able to play need to play with a greater sense of urgency and greater effort," said Kings coach Mike Malone.

They played without point guard Isaiah Thomas (quad contusion) for the second game in a row.

Durant got 13 of his points in the third quarter and the Thunder went 12-of-16 as a team in the period, stretching a 54-38 halftime lead to 82-51.

Ten of the baskets were either layups or dunks -- Westbrook and Durant found each other for alley-oops -- and the other two were 3-pointers from Durant and Lamb.

"Our setups were good," said Thunder coach Scott Brooks. "We were moving the ball and looking for each other and we had some good plays."

The Thunder, currently No. 2 in the Western Conference behind San Antonio, led by as many as 32 on a Derek Fisher three early in the fourth quarter. Durant, Westbrook and fellow starter Serge Ibaka sat the entire quarter.

Earlier, Durant and Westbrook combined for 22 points in the first quarter and the Thunder led 32-15 going into the second.

Game Notes

Oklahoma City signed forward Reggie Williams to a 10-day contract. Williams appeared in one game and scored five points for the Thunder earlier this season after signing a 10-day deal on March 6. He had four points in six minutes on Friday ... Sacramento signed Willie Reed for the remainder of the season ... The Thunder continue a three-game homestand Sunday against Utah ... The Kings started a three-game road trip that continues Saturday at Dallas.
