New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Indiana Pacers guard Lance Stephenson was fined $5,000 by the NBA Wednesday for violating the league's anti-flopping rules during Game 2 of the Eastern Conference finals.

Stephenson threw his right arm up and fell backward to the floor after making slight contact with LeBron James after the Heat star dribbled past midcourt with the ball.

Stephenson was whistled for a blocking foul on the play, which occurred with 3:37 left in the third quarter.

Miami won the game 87-83 to even the best-of-seven series at one game apiece.
