Cincinnati, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista and second baseman Brett Lawrie both exited Sunday's rubber match against the Cincinnati Reds with apparent injuries.

Bautista laid down a sacrifice bunt in the third inning and reached on an error by Reds pitcher Johnny Cueto. Bautista came up lame after hitting first, limping and grasping at the back of his knee in pain. He was diagnosed with right hamstring tightness and will be reevaluated on Monday.

Lawrie, meanwhile, exited an inning earlier after getting hit by a pitch on his right hand and x-rays revealed a fracture of his right index finger.

Steve Tolleson originally entered the game at second for Lawrie but moved to right field when Bautista departed. Jose Reyes relieved Bautista to play shortstop and Munenori Kawasaki shifted over to second.
