Nocera rallies to win by 2 in China

Suzhou, China (Sports Network) - Gwladys Nocera birdied five of the last six holes on Sunday to come from behind and win the Suzhou Taihu Ladies Open by two strokes.

Nocera, who won for the 12th time on the Ladies European Tour, ended at 15- under-par 201 at Suzhou Taihu International Golf Club.

Carlota Ciganda, last year's winner, made the turn at 13-under par. She carded two bogeys and two birdies on the back nine to wrap up a 4-under 68.

Nocera bogeyed the 10th to slip to 10-under, where she was three back. She dropped in back-to-back birdies at 13 and 14 to close within one. Nocera parred 15, then birdied the final three holes to beat Ciganda by two.

Amateur Jing Yan posted a 5-under 67 to take third at 12-under 204. Joanna Klatten was one stroke back at minus-11 after firing an 8-under 64 in the final round.
