Bay St. Louis murder suspect pleads not guilty

BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. (AP) - Glen Davis appeared before Judge Larry Bourgeois on Monday who set Davis's murder trial date for April 7, 2014. His attorney Bill Whitman has filed a motion against the court alleging a violation to Davis' right to a speedy trail. Bourgeois said that motion will be heard at a later date.

Davis faces charges of murder, embezzlement, burglary and auto theft. He is being held at the Hancock County Jail.
