The Society of American Travel Writers is hosting a conference at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi. Over 300 travel writers are touring the Coast all week to expose the rest of the world to everything the Coast has to offer. Today, writers for magazines, websites, and blogs toured Biloxi to see what makes the historic city unique. Dawn Dawson of House Travel Writers says, "It was more than I thought it was going to be. It was more complex. The history was deeper than I thought it was going to be." Kim Chapman, a Travel Writer, says, "Just getting to see all of what Biloxi has to offer. It's quite a bit that people probably wouldn't know first-hand." Dawson also says, "But the tree art, oh my goodness, that was amazing."
