The Patriot Tour visited the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport Thursday to pay tribute to those who've served our country.

The group performed a flag transfer ceremony with the help of Keesler's Honor Guard, and around 75 riders of the Harley Davidson Biker Group. The flag travels 100 days out of the year to 100 places to honor brave U.S. veterans.

Steve Carrington, the Gulf Coast coordinator, says, “It’s transferred by Harley Davidson. Harley owners, group riders club, each day and each day the flag rests and gets due respect by all the local communities and the next day, it'll travel to the next station.”

The flag was transferred to the Gulf Coast from Pensacola and will travel Baton Rouge on the 4th of July.
