Josette’s in Biloxi has been catering to the Coast's Mardi Gras costume needs for more than 40 years. This year, they say many krewes are experimenting with costumes for men instead of having men wear the traditional tuxedo. All colors of the rainbow will be worn this year, but be sure and look out for a hint of the 20s. Crystal Locklar, the Manager of Josette’s, says, “Different krewes are going with costumes this year rather than tuxes and formal gowns, which is kind of a change. A lot of Gatsby items going out, flapper dresses, and zoot suits are really popular right now.” This year, Josette's is providing gowns and costumes for Mardi Gras krewes across four different states.
