The Beauvoir was a hotbed of activity over the weekend, paranormal activity that is. Mississippi Gulf Coast Paranormal spent the night on the Beauvoir grounds Friday and Saturday nights, trying to get video evidence to support the years of ghostly experiences of both employees and visitors.

While the team still needs time to sift through the hundreds of hours of audio and video for hard evidence, the weekend was full of ghostly personal experiences and unexplainable equipment failures. Some of the team members described their experiences in an impromptu meeting Monday.

Lois Ellitt with Mississippi Gulf Coast Paranormal says, "We investigated the inside of the library. We actually got some really great responses that I know that we will get on video or audio of temperature changes from 74 to 61 instantly."

Mississippi Gulf Coast Paranormal will spend about two weeks reviewing their footage and will release their findings at a later date.
