A lucky couple is rehearsing their vows Thursday night after a nationwide competition got them a free dream wedding. Over the holiday season, the Salvation Army mysteriously received wedding bands with a request to give the rings to a loving couple. A young couple from Pruvis was chosen and now, the lovers are receiving a full wedding after sponsors helped provide all the wedding essentials. Thursday, they had their wedding rehearsal with the groom's mother, Dawn Solomon, who wrote the winning letter.
Solomon says, "I was writing and was hopeful, but I didn't expect we'd win, and I really thought we were just applying for a ring, so I was thrilled when he texted me and said everything that was included. Thank you, Lord!" Angel White, the bride to be, says, "Nervous, excited, just a bunch of different things going on.” The couple will have their donated wedding at the K.R.O.C. center this weekend.
