The company has been building ships on the banks of the Pascagoula River for 75 years. The City of Pascagoula joined the company in their anniversary celebration. Mayor Jim Blevins gave company President, Irwin Edenzon, a key to the city and the City Council voted to give the company a ten year exemption on ad valorem taxes. Edenzon says, “The leadership of Pascagoula has supported the shipyard for the past 75 years, and I appreciate their recognition to the community and it was a very proud evening.” The company looks forward to many more years on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
