The decorations this year are based off of an old photograph from Christmas of 1963 that hangs inside the Visitors Center. Biloxi's Historical Association is starting the transformation today, before the official lighting on Thursday. On Thursday at 5 p.m., Mayor A.J. Holloway will be joined at the lighting ceremony by Danny Guice, who was mayor in 1963.
