Back Bay Mission, a non-profit agency in its 92nd year of service on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, is proud to team with Lowe's and Valspar to completely renovate the home of an elderly South Mississippi veteran.

On Thursday, July 16th, 2014 at 10 a.m., a great day of partnership will take place in South Mississippi.

Back Bay Mission, Lowe's, and Valspar will be working on the home of an elderly veteran who was removed from her home after the home was condemned by the City of Ocean Springs. Back Bay Mission was contacted on her behalf and the Mission’s Housing Rehabilitation program has been working in the home for the last six months. Now Lowe's and Valspar have joined Back Bay Mission to help give back this veteran’s home.

Lowe's will be landscaping the property and Valspar is providing paint for the entire interior of the house. Employees from Lowe's and Valspar will join the Mission’s volunteers in this effort. Lowe's and Valspar are donating all the supplies for this day of partnership. The location of the home is 222 Maple Drive, Ocean Springs.
