Developers of the White House Hotel in Biloxi say that construction is right on schedule. The hotel is undergoing a full renovation after remaining a blighted building for years. Once completed, the hotel will have a rooftop bar, a front garden, and a fully refurbished pool. The exterior of the building is set to be complete in two weeks, while work continues inside.

Cono Caranna of the White House Hotel says, "At this moment, everything is coming in. We’re finishing with the tile of all the rooms. We’re getting the drywall of all the rooms. We're getting all the grounds ready for irrigation to come through, and landscaping to come through, so this is the point where everything is happening. Inside, you're not really seeing much from the outside."

Jerry Creel, Director of Biloxi Community Development, says, “We're excited about it. We love the look. We think it's a great location right there at the entrance to Keesler. They're going to have hotel space.” Developers say the 64 room White House Hotel will be open to the public in mid-July.
