  1. During the last 12 months, the station employment unit engaged in the following initiatives (provide full details, including and explanation if no initiatives were conducted during the period involved):
    1. On April 5, 2005, WXXV TV Fox 25 participated in 2005 Spring Career Fair sponsored by William Carey College in Hattiesburg, MS. During this event information and materials were given out concerning types of positions available in the broadcast field and education requirements. WXXV TV participated as a potential employer.
    2. On April 5, 2005, WXXV TV Fox 25 participated in the spring Job & Internship Fair at the University of Southern Mississippi School of Mass Communication & Journalism in Hattiesburg, MS. During this event information and materials were given out concerning types of positions available in the broadcast field and education requirements. WXXV TV participated as a potential employer.
    3. During the period March 25, 2005 thru April 30, 2005, WXXV TV Fox 25 participated with the Mississippi Association of Broadcasters by airing 102 announcements promoting the MAB Scholarship Program. The scholarship program has been established to see broadcasting as a profession passed on to qualified, outstanding men and women and to encourage students to enter broadcasting as a career and to seek the best quality of education in the field.
    4. WXXV TV participates in an on-going Internship program with William Carey College and University of Southern Mississippi and we generally have one or two internships throughout the year. This program is designed to host college students in their pursuit of a broadcast career. The program provides students with meaningful hands on working experience.
    5. WXXV TV participated with Gulf Coast Help Wanted.com in a general outreach effort through the use of the Internet job bank.
    6. WXXV TV produced and aired local 30-second announcements highlighting job opportunities at the station.
    7. WXXV TV posts every vacant opening we have on our website and promote our website on-air to create awareness of the opportunities at the station.
    8. WXXV TV produced and aired a local announcement that solicits input from potential local referral agencies regarding future job opportunities.
