Expect a warm start to Thursday with temperatures in the mid 70's and light winds out of the south. Temperatures will be able to climb quickly thinks to plenty of sunshine. Temperatures will be topping out in the mid to upper 80's but will feel closer to 90 thanks to the high humidity. Clear skies will persist into the evening and allow temperatures to drop back into the 70's overnight. Clear conditions should persist through the weekend, our next chance for significant rainfall will be the beginning of next week.
