Rain returns by the end of the week

Tonight: Overnight lows drop into the upper 30s to middle 40s, with light south winds. Expect areas of patchy fog overnight into early tomorrow morning, under mostly clear skies.

Thursday: Sunny to begin the day, with clouds increasing throughout the day. Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 10 mph, with highs near 70. Overnight lows drop into the lower 60s.

Friday: Scattered showers and storms will be possible, under cloudy skies. Expect highs to warm into the lower 70s, with overnight lows falling into the middle 60s.

Saturday/Sunday: Showers and storms continue, with highs in the lower to middle 70s and lows in the middle 60s.

Temperatures cool off next week, with dry and sunny conditions returning for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
