Tonight: Rain likely under cloudy skies with lows in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Winds will be from the northeast at 5 to 10 mph.

New Year's Day: Cloudy skies, with rain likely throughout the day. The best rain chances will be overnight into Thursday. Winds will be from the east at 5 to 10 mph with highs near 6. Overnight lows fall into the upper 40s to lower 50s.

Thursday: Rain likely early, then rain and clouds clearing by the afternoon. Highs warm into the upper 50s to lower 60s, with overnight lows in the upper 20s to lower 30s.

Friday: Mostly sunny skies and cooler conditions with highs in the upper 40s. Overnight lows drop into the upper 20s to lower 30s again.

Another slight chance for rain returns late Saturday into Sunday.
