Colder than average temperatures tonight with a few clouds and a light breeze
Tonight: A partly cloudy sky will be expected later as overcast conditions should continue through the early part of the night. A light north wind will be felt around 10 mph. The temperatures will be just about the only thing that will react to this weather feature passing through quietly. Lows should fall to the mid 30's for Gulfport, Biloxi and Pascagoula.
Thursday: The dry and mild conditions will continue. Even with more sunshine, the temperatures should still fall short of the average with most area high temperatures remaining in the upper 50's. Wind speed should remain breezy 10-15 mph from the north. No rain is expected.
Friday: Temperatures will reflect a brief warming trend with highs hitting close to the seasonal average in the mid and low 60's. Clouds will be on the increase throughout the afternoon hours, ahead of an approaching strom system that is expected late Friday night/early Saturday morning.
This Weekend: The rainmaker this weekend will draw much of it's moisture from the Gulf of Mexico and that will make our day time highs/night time lows warmer. Almost ten degrees above the seasonal on both ends! Rain is expected Saturday morning and through the early afternoon. A drying/ending pattern to the rain could be realized by Saturday night as the cold front that moves through the region will be well past the area by Sunday morning. Cold, clear and drier conditions will be experienced Sunday through at least the middle of next week.
