3rd Annual Great Southern Stampede
The 3rd Annual Great Southern Stampede will be an eleven-day festival that will cover the Complex Grounds. The Stampede will serve as a tribute to the western lifestyle. The festival will have events ranging from Championship Bull Riding and Calf Roping to Horsemanship Clinics and a Buckaroo Rodeo, as well as Live Music. Southern Stampede Bull Riding Championships
The Southern Stampede Pro Bull Riding presented by Toyota of Hattiesburg will take place in the Main Arena. Some of the top bull riders in the area will be on hand competing. The two-nights of professional bull riding will be held in conjunction with the 2008 Great Southern Stampede. The show will start at 7:30 pm nightly. Tickets are $8.00 in advance $10.00 at the door. Kids Night is Thursday night with kids tickets $5.00. For more information call 601-583-7500.
